A native of Martha's Vineyard, Tracey and her family relocated from Boston to Barrington in 1999. As her family grew, she bought and sold four homes in Barrington. This experience piqued her interest in real estate and she joined Residential Properties in 2016 with an appreciation of the perspectives of both buyers and sellers.
As a Realtor, Tracey understands the importance of planning, communication and organization. She approaches every transaction calmly and methodically, helping her clients understand each step of the buying and selling process. This care and attention to detail has helped Tracey become a multi-million dollar producer year after year.
Tracey is deeply invested in the community, allowing her to speak knowledgeably about local schools, neighborhoods and community offerings. With a Masters Degree in Education, she served as a program coordinator in the Barrington Schools, from which her three children graduated. She has served on the board and volunteered for various organizations, especially those which support the arts.
Tracey is a dog-lover, a novice gardener, and an avid reader who enjoys nothing more than a sunny day by the water in Rhode Island. Tracey would be happy to assist you with any of your real estate needs.
